We treat patients with many different insurances other than these listed, but are only signed up as "Preferred" with these seven.

Even though we may not be "Preferred" on your insurance,in most cases it is still be possible to have treatment done at our office. Please contact Leisha, Crissy or Beth to discuss your particular insurance with them. We will always submit all your insurance claims to your insurance company at no charge if you so desire.
